Purchase Suggestion

Can I suggest that the Library buy an item that it doesn't have?

The Library welcomes suggestions for the collection. Please check the Library Catalog to see if the Library already owns the item before you submit a suggestion.

Please complete and submit one of these forms:

If the Library buys an item that you suggest, a staff member will place a hold for you. It usually takes two to three weeks for the decision to be made and the hold to be placed.

Unfortunately, due to the number of purchase suggestions we receive, we cannot notify you when items are not selected for purchase.

See Purchasing Guidelines for Authors and Publishers if you would like the Library to consider buying your book or item.
