Special Collections Online
Online collections feature digitized materials selected from the Library's special collections, including historical photographs, documents, city directories, and much more.
The Seattle Public Library invites everyone to take a peek into the Library's Special Collections throughout the year. Join us for programs on local history, genealogy, tours of the art at the Central Library, and showings of volumes from Edward Curtis' "The North American Indian."
The African-American Collection includes material on the African-American experience in the United States, especially in the Northwest, and is located at the Douglass-Truth Branch.
