Freegal's collection contains over 500,000 songs from Sony Music artists, including Ke$ha, Adele, Foster the People, Bruce Springsteen, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Dave Brubeck and more.

 

Songs downloaded from Freegal may be played on any computer, MP3 player, phone or even burned to a CD. New music is added to the collection daily.

 

The Freegal Music database is located under Music on the Library's E-books & Downloads page. Log in with your Library card and pin number to find your favorite artists or look for new music.

The Library's catalog now offers thousands of live, in-studio performances recorded at KEXP (90.3 FM).

KEXP's collection includes an eclectic variety of music, such as indie, hip hop, reggae, roots, country, Latin, modern global and more, many by Northwest artists. Listen to up-and-coming Seattle bands such as THEESatisfaction and Pickwick, as well as nationally-known performers like Norah Jones and the Black Keys.

 

Each recorded performance runs about 20 minutes and includes four or five songs. About 200 new recordings will be added to the collection at regular intervals each year.

 

You do not need a Library card to stream the music.
