The Seattle Public Library presents 'Restaurant Dreams: Tales of Success from the Kitchen' Nov. 8
Join The Seattle Times' food writer Nancy Leson for "Restaurant Dreams: Tales of Success from the Kitchen," a panel discussion on how to run a successful restaurant, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium.
The program is free and open to the public. Registration is not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage for $5 after 5 p.m.
The discussion panel will include the following five local chefs and restaurateurs:
- Tom Douglas of Etta's, Dahlia Lounge, Serious Pie, and more
- Ethan Stowell of How To Cook a Wolf, Tavolata, Anchovies & Olives, and Staple & Fancy
- Maria Hines of Tilth and Golden Beetle
- Donna Moodie of Marjorie
- Zak Melang of Matador
