The Seattle Public Library hosts preview lecture of Seattle Opera's 'The Ring'

"The Ring"

The Seattle Public Library will host a preview lecture of Seattle Opera's upcoming production of Wagner's "The Ring" from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 at the Northeast Branch, 6801 35th Ave. N.E.


Library events and programs are free and open to the public. No registration is required. Free parking is available at the branch.


"The Ring" features a mythic world where gods and men compete in a conflict between love and power.


The preview will include recorded musical excerpts designed to enhance the enjoyment and appreciation of the production.
