The Ladies Musical Club performs March 6 at The Seattle Public Library

Ladies Musical Club

The Seattle Public Library presents a musical performance by the Ladies Musical Club from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 6 at The Seattle Public Library, Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium.


The program is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage at the regular rates.


Pianist Lisa Lanza will perform solo works by Howard Swanson, Lili Boulanger, Oswald Russell, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Frédéric Chopin. Soprano Regina Thomas and mezzo soprano Nerys Jones will perform duets by G.F. Handel, W.A. Mozart, Jacques Offenbach & Léo Delibes, accompanied by pianist Glenda Williams.


The Ladies Musical Club is a corporation of women with the mission to foster classical music in the community through education, performance and awards.
