The Ladies Musical Club performs Nov. 7 at The Seattle Public Library

Ladies Musical Club

The Seattle Public Library will present a musical performance by the Ladies Musical Club from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7 at The Seattle Public Library, Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium.


The program is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage at the regular rates.


Soprano Larissa Humphrey and pianist Taotao Liu will perform German lieder by Strauss, Brahms and Schumann. Violinist Ann Rackl, violist Debra Zadinsky, cellist Lawrence Chu and pianist Selina Chu will perform Brahms' "Piano Quartet in C Minor, Op. 60."


The Ladies Musical Club is a corporation of women with the mission to foster classical music in the community through education, performance and awards.
