"Sylvia's Spinach"

"Sylvia's Spinach" is about a picky eater named Sylvia Spivens. When her teacher gives her spinach seeds to plant for a school garden assignment, Sylvia must try something new. "Sylvia's Spinach" is used to complement school garden curriculum and celebrate healthy eating.
