Local chef John Sundstrom will talk about his cookbook, "Lark: Cooking Against the Grain," from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 21 at the Central Library. Everyone is welcome.
The Friends of The Seattle Public Library are holding their Summer Book Sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 22 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 23 at North Seattle Community College.
Author Carl Hiaasen will read from his latest book, "Bad Monkey," from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 25 at the Central Library. Registration is not required and everyone is welcome.
Learn how to assess and retrofit your home from experts at a free workshop from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 29 at the Greenwood Branch. Registration is not required.
